Old Glory Insurance Company is a Texas-based insurer that specializes in workers’ compensation.  As a new company chartered in 2003 by the Texas Department of Insurance, Old Glory is not subject to many of the ongoing claims challenges faced by some workers’ compensation companies.  By carefully considering each risk, Old Glory management expects to avoid the problems associated with occupation diseases such as asbestosis and silicosis, which threaten the capital of other insurers.

A. M. Best Company has assigned a Best’s Rating of B+ (Very Good) and Financial Size Category of FSC III.  Being rated after only one year was a strong affirmation of Old Glory’s Business Plan and operating model.
