Our goal is to prevent injuries from happening, but if they do occur, we make sure the injured worker receives the best medical care possible and returns to work as soon as practical. Incorporated in 2003, Old Glory Insurance Company is a Texas domicile company based in Tyler, Texas. We are licensed in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Marketing and underwriting are handled by the Managing General Agency, Patriot National Underwriters, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas.
